    Terms and Conditions shall, hereinafter, be referred to as the Terms;

    The Faversham Website shall, hereinafter, be referred to as the Site;

    The Faversham Enterprise Partnership and the Faversham Website shall, hereinafter, be referred to as the We and/or Us

    Users shall, hereinafter, be referred to as Users and/or You.

 

By using the Site, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions below.
If you do no agree to these terms, do not use the Site.

 


We reserve the right to alter any and all of these terms at its own discretion. You will be agreeing to these terms and any future ones by using this Site.

We do not take responsibility for, the accuracy of directory entries, what’s on/events listings, and forum entries. However, we reserve the right to refuse, delete, edit or move any such content.

We do not take responsibility for any actions resulting from the use of any external links from the Site

You are solely and entirely responsible for the content of any directory entries, what’s on listings and the Forum entries you post and agree to conform to these rules.

You may not post, link to or otherwise publish any content which contain:

  • unlawful, threatening, abusive, libellous, defamatory or indecent remarks or infringe copyright or other rights of third parties
  • any form of illegal content
  • virus or other harmful component

In particular, all messages posted on the Forum must not only comply with these conditions but must be suitable for viewing by persons of any age and disposition. In all such matters, the decision whether to allow a particular posting is entirely and completely at the discretion of the moderator of the Forum.

You may not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent any affiliation with any person or entity or otherwise disguise the origin of any content.

We take no responsibility for, and cannot guarantee the accuracy, quality or integrity of any content submitted.

We do not have the ability to ensure that any information submitted does not infringe the copyright, or any other right, of third parties. If you feel that any information infringes any legal rights you may have, or you wish to complain about the content of any information you should immediately contact us with full details of your complaint.

All material on the website and its selection and arrangement (the "Content") belongs to The Faversham Website. We permit you to access and display Content on your computer screen, to store Content for personal, non-commercial use and to print individual pages on paper. You may not photocopy Content.

Any contract that you make for the purchase of goods or services from parties on the Site will be with the specified third party and not us. We are not responsible for any error or inaccuracy in the third party material.
