Leaveland Court is an enchanting timbered farmhouse dating back to the 15th century and nestles comfortably between woodlands and the ancient parish church of St. Laurence.
Over the past few years Leaveland Court has been sympathetically restored so that today guests are offered the comfort of modern facilities with old world charm and are easily able to sense the true character of the place, as a family home and the heart of a downland farm.
The area is good walking country with access to the whole farm, leading to a comprehensive network of local footpaths and bridal paths and not too far away the Pilgrim's Way to Canterbury or the Saxon Shore Way along the coast.
Visit the cathedral cities of Canterbury and Rochester, the many castles including Dover and Leeds, the cinque ports, the historic houses, towns and villages, relax in the countryside amidst the traditional hop fields and cherry orchards or spend a day at the coast or in one of the many famous gardens, notably Sissinghurst. Find time to take a trip to London or the continent on Le Shuttle or Eurostar.
