Porch House is a first class luxury bed and breakfast and a stunning example of an early English Tudor hall house. It is set in the North Downs of Kent in the beautiful village of Eastling, only 10 minutes drive from the market town of Faversham and sits in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty.
Porch House has three guest bedrooms with either twin, double, or king sized beds. All our rooms have en-suite bath or shower rooms. They have everything you will need and a little more. All are heavily beamed and retain all original features decorated and furnished luxuriously with antique furniture and all the comforts of home. Fine white cotton bed linen, high quality mattresses, coupled with unspoilt views across either the garden, and orchard or the beautiful Kent Downs.

How to Find Us
By road: We are very easy to find. From J6 of the M2 turn north to Faversham. At the T junction turn left onto the A2. After ¼ mile turn left signed to Painter's Forstal and Eastling. Follow this road all the way to Eastling village and Porch House will be found on the right hand side just after the junction with Newnham Lane. The parish council notice board faces the house.
