The Syndale Lodge Bed and Breakfast is found in beautiful countryside, just outside Faversham. Surrounded by traditional parkland, this unique cedar lodge offers luxury accommodation with wonderful modern facilities.
Sally and David Willis are ready to welcome you in the relaxed atmosphere of the distinctive home they built themselves.
The light and spacious bedrooms with modern en-suite shower rooms are tastefully furnished, with special attention to the little details that make an overnight or longer stay particularly pleasurable. Great care has been taken to make the guests as comfortable as possible with digital TV, light refreshment tray, radio alarm, hairdryer and easy chairs complemented with fresh fruit and flowers in every room.
We are especially proud of our generous breakfasts and make a point of using fresh local produce including free range eggs from a nearby farm and locally farmed bacon. We are happy to cater for vegetarians and other special diets. In warmer weather it is possible to take breakfast on the verandah and enjoy the unspoilt views of the Syndale Park.
The Lodge is ideally situated for walkers and bird watchers, with country lanes, woodland and marshland all around. The Oare Marshes Bird Sanctuary is within walking distance. The medieval market town of Faversham is a mile away and Canterbury and Whitstable, with their many attractions, are both within easy reach. For those en route to the Continent, the Channel Ports and the Channel Tunnel are only 40 minutes away.
