Sandhurst Farm Forge in Newnham is a working forge and B&B run by Charles and Kate Dickinson.
The Bed and Breakfast is provided in a converted Stable Block allowing guests freedom to come and go at leisure.
Charlie runs the Forge, producing Ornamental Iron work to an extremely high standard that befits a 3rd generation blacksmith. Much of his work is often commissioned, but there are several items both to view or for sale in our gallery. [see our working forge page for more information]
We are ideally situated for touring the North Kent Downs with easy access to the M2, M20, (M25) the Channel and London. Guests can explore some of the many Kentish lanes that lead to some of the most beautiful scenery in the county of Kent.

- Two double bedrooms – both with bed settee allowing for use as a twin, or a child under 14 to share.

- Locally sourced sausages and other produce is used wherever possible in season.The eggs are always free range!

- Children 5-14 are welcome to share using bed settee,(but will incur a £10.00 charge per night)
- Due to the nature of the separate rooms children not sharing should normally be over 12/14.

- Double Room from £70 per room per night(inclusive of breakfast)
- Single Occupancy from £40 per night (inclusive of breakfast)
- Child (5 -14) sharing by use of bed settee £10 extra ie.£80 per room per night (inclusive of breakfast)

We are situated 1 mile up Seed Road from Newnham Church, opposite the George pub, in Newnham.
By Train
On the London Victoria to Dover line alight at Faversham where there is a taxi service available or ring for collection. From Eurostar Ashford please call to make pre-booked arrangements for collection.
