The Queens Head was the Shepherd Neame Pub Food of the Year 2012 and you won’t be disappointed with its offerings. On the menu you’ll find dishes made with ingredients from The Queens’ own farm. The rest is made up of as much local produce as possible: meat comes from a nearby butcher and the fantastic bread is delivered from a traditional bakery in Canterbury.
The ever-changing menu features various meals and specials cooked to order from scratch, including traditional favourites such as hearty homemade pie of the day, sirloin steak, fish with hand-cut chips and the classic burger, which is complimented with the chef’s home-made ketchup.
With its well-stocked bar and friendly staff, this homely country inn is a great place for any occasion. With a large beer garden including a children’s play area, this pub has a great atmosphere for all the family to join in the fun. The pub also hosts live music every other Sunday from local bands so why not join us for a home-made meal before settling down to some musical entertainment.
