It is located five minutes from the A2 running between Sittingbourne, the medieval market town of Faversham and the historic city of Canterbury, 20 minutes away by car. It is also only 10 minutes from Faversham railway station where you can hop on a train to the coast, the pretty seaside towns of Whitstable or Herne Bay or the heart of London in around an hour.

Attached to the owner’s property this annexe cottage has spacious accommodation all located on one floor. The access to the property is via the cottage’s own pretty, secluded garden area, ideal for outdoor dining and relaxing.
