The Faversham Visitor Information Centre (VIC) covers the Faversham area and the Swale Borough Council area, including Sittingbourne, Sheerness and the Isle of Sheppey.
It is a Visit Britain, Enjoy England networked VIC and holds a wide range of leaflets, maps guide books etc about the Faversham area, the Swale area, Kent and beyond.
Using their unique perspective and local knowledge, the team at the Visitor Information Centre offer the visitor essential practical information about the Faversham area.They will advise on how to get there, how to get around, where to stay, and what to see and do.
The Faversham Visitor Information Centre is located in the Fleur de Lis Heritage Centre in the centre of the town in Preston Street.
Open 7 days a week, 10am to 4pm Monday to Saturday, and 10am to 1pm on Sundays.
Guided Town Walks
Enjoy a guided walk in Faversham, Market Town of Kings. 90 minute guided walks start at the Fleur de Lis Museum, 12 Preston Street at the following times:
1st Saturday Feb – Dec @ 10.30
Every Saturday Apr - Oct @ 10.30
Every Saturday Jun – Sep @ 14.30
Bank Holiday Mondays @ 10.30
Cost: Adults: £5.00, Children: £3.00
Includes Free Museum Entry on the same day
