Surrounded by beautiful Kent countryside, Farming World is an unbeatable fun filled day out for all the family. There's lots of fantastic things to see and do, with emphasis firmly placed on getting involved, having a go and unique animal encounters. * Rare breeds & friendly farm animals - Explore the farm, say hello to our friendly farm animals and rare breeds. Supervised animal encounters (held most days) give visitors the chance to get up close to the animals and learn more about them.
* Heavy Horses & Shetland Ponies – From the smallest pony to the largest gentle giant, Farming World has them all! Meet Heavy horses Dolly, Trojan, Cupid, Leeroy, Lincoln and Murphy and watch plaiting and working demonstrations. Don’t forget to visit the cheeky Shetlands too!
* Spectacular Bird of Prey Displays - Visit Hawklands Bird’s of Prey Centre to see a wide variety of owls, hawks, falcons and vultures. Two flying displays are held on most days (excluding Mondays) with plenty of audience particpation encouraged! Visit the Conservation and Incubation room; where you may be lucky enough to see chick’s hatching and baby birds being fed.
* Indoor & Outdoor Play areas – There are two extensive outdoor playareas for the children to go wild and let off steam, including the fabulous jumping pillows. Some equipment is also especially provided for disabled visitors. The indoor soft play barn provides a great place to run around and have fun if the weather is inclement (socks required).
* Craft & Activity Room – Also a good place to hide from a shower! The craft and activity room provides lots of seasonally themed craft activities to make and do. A great place to make a memento to take home.

Monday to Sunday; 9.30am to 5.30pm, last entry 4.30pm.
Closed for the winter from 4th November.
