At
Pawley Farm we believe in doing things the old fashioned way. All our cider is produced on the farm using our own apples and a traditional family recipe handed down through the family.

The cider is matured in oak casks for between 18 months and 2 years. Pawley Farm cider is approximately 8%abv and comes in dry, medium and sweet. We also produce a spiced cider at approximately 6%abv.
In addition to cider we also produce our own fresh apple juice using apples from our orchards. This juice is lightly pasteurised to help maintain the flavour.
None of our plain apple juices have any sugar added to them, making for a natural healthy drink that children (and adults) love.
We offer several different "single variety" juices ranging from the sharp and tangy Bramley through to the sweeter and full flavoured Cox juice.

Both the cider and apple juice can be purchased from the farm. We do offer organised trips around the farm for groups of fifteen or more, but are always happy to discuss cider and juice production with anyone that comes to the farm.
We are normally open 7 days a week from 10am until 6pm, but it is always advisable to telephone us first to avoid a wasted journey.
