Cash Flow Finance

Cash Flow is the lifeblood of any business and we can help maximize your available working capital either by use of a single product or a blend of a number of facilities.

Asset refinance or an unsecured loan may be enough to give a significant boost of cash.

Debtor Finance enables income to be released that is tied up in unpaid invoices, by providing an immediate facility of up to 90% of invoice value with the balance being received once the debtor pays. This facility can be provided against either individual invoices or the complete sales ledger.

Stock finance facilities are available either as a standalone facility, but often as part of a total debtor finance package.

Trade finance gives you the working capital to fund confirmed orders.

Short term cash flow loans can help with the sudden unexpected bill, funding refurbishments or fast moving stock e.g. retail and catering.

Property Funding

Commercial mortgages are available for all property types.

Lending reluctance from banks and building societies has created a short term finance market for bridging loans. Bridging loans have the advantage of being quick and can be a stop gap until a formal long term mortgage is put in place.

Development loans are available for both commercial and residential developments

Planning gain loans are also available.

Unsecured Loans

An unsecured loan is available for any business purpose, to aid business development and expansion. Examples include:

  • Refurbishing premises
  • Website development
  • Marketing campaigns
  • Recruitment
  • Acquisition
  • Replacing other finance agreements
  • Additional working capital, this has a fixed repayment between 6 months and 5 years.


Property Funding

We fund all types of commercial properties including offices, factories, surgeries, nursing homes, hotels, sports centers and farms. 

Facilities are available to owner occupiers and investors.

Short term funding by way of bridging loans are often used  to facilitate swift funding when there is an auction purchase, exiting from a bank relationship or refurbishing prior to a long term mortgage. Normally we would expect to see an exit route within 12 months.

Development finance is available for both commercial and residential developments. 
We can arrange funds for deposits and to cover fees.
Infrastructure funding can be used for fixtures and fittings, alarms, heating and lighting etc.
