A lively and friendly club for all ages and ability, we run two club nights at the Abbey Sports Centre on the London Road.
Wednesday is aimed at the junior newcomers, who are trying karate for the first time, the classes are smaller and less scary, training times are 6.15pm to 7.15pm.
Thursday evening is for juniors and all adults, juniors with a little more experience training times are between 6.15pm and 7.15pm.
Our adult class runs between 7.30pm and 9.00pm.
