Sunday evening 7pm to 8.30pm
Monday morning 10:30am to 12 noon
Tuesday morning 10:30 to 12 noon
Thursday evening 6pm to 7.30pm
I usually work with an overriding theme for each block of six classes and we then explore a different aspect of the theme each week.
Each class starts with grounding, theme setting and breath work before we begin our asana or physical practice. We then have a further short breathing section or guided meditation before finishing with some deep relaxation.
Yoga just makes you feel good. It is a wonderful way of helping you feel more open and freer in body and mind whilst uplifting the spirit.
