Faversham Music Club was founded in 1946 to promote professional concerts in Faversham and to foster knowledge and appreciation of music by means of public performance. It is Registered Charity No 261330.

Concerts
There are usually four or five professional concerts arranged for each season during the period October to March.
The committee tries to make the season’s concerts as varied as possible. Details of individual concerts can be seen in What's On.

Thursday, 14 October, 2010 Trevor Pinnock (harpsichord recital).
Thursday, 18 November, 2010 Hannah Mancinowicz (saxophone)
Thursday, 10 March, 2011 London Conchord Ensemble (wind sextet with piano)
Thursday, 14 April, 2011 Elias Quartet (string quartet).

Tickets (£11, and £5.50 for students) can be obtained at the door on the night of the concert or booked by contacting the treasurer

Season tickets
Season tickets cover all the concerts arranged for the season. They offer a considerable saving over the year. These are available from late summer and are obtained from the treasurer.
Social events
The club organises a number of social events during the year, which include:
- Coach trips to concerts by prestigious orchestras in London.
- Musical evening with refreshments
