Every year the Faversham Society arranges for many of the gardens in the town to be open to the public, most of which are not normally open for public viewing.
Secret Gardens in 2010 will be open from 1pm to 5pm on
Saturday and Sunday, 5 and 6 June, and
Saturday and Sunday, 24 and 25 July 2010 (tbc).
The scheme enables participants to visit more than 20 gardens in Faversham, all within easy walking distance of one another in or near the town centre.
Some of the gardens open in previous years are listed below.
Admission
Admission to all the properties is by programme, which includes information on each garden and a location map. The programmes, which cost £7.50 + postage, are available from the 1 May 2009 from:-
