Faversham has a number of lakes to the west of town where, with permission, you can fish.

The Faversham Angling Club's lakes are:-

The School Pool (12 acres) is located along Oare Road which contains Carp to over 30lbs, Tench, Bream, Roach and Pike.

Bracher Pools (2 small lakes) can be found along Harty Ferry Road opposite the Harty Ferry Cottages. A mile or so outside Faversham and contain small carp, Tench, Roach, Rudd, Crucian Carp and Bream.

Bysingwood Lake (7 acres) is along Bysingwood Rd heading towards Luddenham. This lake contains double figure Carp, Tench, Bream and Rudd.

Mid Kent Fisheries manage two lakes in Faversham:-

Mill Pool (10 acres) is located off the Western Link Road and contains Carp 30lb, Bream 9lb, Tench 7lb, Rudd 1lb & Roach 2lb.
 
Wood Pool (5 acres) is located off the Western Link Road next to Mill Pool and contains Carp, Bream, Tench, Rudd, Roach & Perch.
 
Mill and Wood Pools are NOT day ticket fisheries – they are club waters and people must join to fish them.
Please note that access all Mid Kent fisheries sites is strictly by appointment only.
