Oare Meadow is a small reserve comprising about 5 acres of wet meadow. The reserve is fed by spring water, which supports a pond and adjacent low lying bog, where wetland species such as ragged robin and yellow flag iris occur. The rest of the field supports a wide variety of meadow plants. Access Cars can be parked beside the tarmac road only a few yards from the reserve entrance. |
