Oare Meadow is a small reserve comprising about 5 acres of wet meadow.
The reserve is fed by spring water, which supports a pond and adjacent low lying bog, where wetland species such as ragged robin and yellow flag iris occur. The rest of the field supports a wide variety of meadow plants.
