Our Aims:

To provide the advice people need for the problems they face. To improve the policies and practices that affect peoples lives.

Our Principles:

To provide free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities. We value diversity, promote equality and challenge discrimination.

Our Values

To focus on customers, achieve results, continuously improve, promote equality and fairness, value each other and work together.

Locally in Faversham, we provide an advice and information service covering welfare benefits, debt, housing, consumer rights, employment, relationship matters and a range of other legal issues. Our services are available via drop-in, appointment, telephone, letter, email or web form and include dedicated specialist services covering money advice, welfare benefits, housing and form filling.

We provide volunteering opportunities in the local community, supported by an extensive programme.

Research and campaigning activities promote issues from tenants' rights to awareness of scams to increasing understanding of domestic abuse issues.
